Its color is a deep cherry color with delicate floral aromas, non-aggressive tannins and fresh acidity. The 2022 vintage is noted for being rich and powerful with intense aromas and a remarkably fresh energy, despite the year's extreme weather. It is aged in 10 months in concrete tanks and oak barrels, using a traditional Burgundian technique (including destemming and long maceration). The structure allows for several years of maturation.
